Includes Cleaning service once per week, if you would like more it would be $35.00 per each additional day.
Cancellation Policy: A $50 cancellation fee is assessed for all cancellations. Notice must be received 60 days prior to arrival date for a refund of reservation deposit. If you do not cancel within the 60 days requirement, you will be subject to forfeiture of the 50% reservation deposit. You may reschedule outside of 30 days with a $100 reschedule fee. No refunds or rescheduling is given inside of 30 days of your arrival date.
