Rental Agreement

Casa Del Mar La Perla 401

Please read this agreement and initial in the appropriate areas and sign at the end to confirm our contract to rent La Perla 401 at Casa Del Mar Beach, Golf and Spa Resort. Upon completion, please mail with check for deposit or full amount if inside 30 days to address at bottom. Thank you for choosing our condo and enjoy your stay. Please fill in all information, verify dates and number of guests and photocopy for your records.

Check In Time is 3pm and check out time is 11am. Please inquiry to any exceptions to these times prior to your stay. Maximum occupancy is 4 people total ________________  (Please initial all lines and sign bottom)

Reservation requirements: 50% of total rental fee is due to confirm dates on our calendar. The remaining 50% of rental fee is due 30 days prior to arrival. Keys will be mailed to you at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date. Please send personal or cashiers check payable to Karen Bassi.  Please return keys by mail in envelope provided.

Cancellation Policy: A $50 cancellation fee is assessed for all cancellations. Notice must be received 60 days prior to arrival date for a refund of reservation deposit. If you do not cancel within the 60 days requirement, you will be subject to forfeiture of the 50% reservation deposit. You may reschedule outside of 30 days with a $100 reschedule fee. No refunds or rescheduling is given inside of 30 days of your arrival date. _________  

Security deposit is not required for our condo with the understanding that if you break or damage something you are required to replace it. It is agreed guests will alert us as to any damage or accidental breakage within the condo prior to leaving. _________________ 

There are many full time residents at Casa Del Mar, as a courtesy, please respect quiet hours of 10 pm to 8 am. Please do not move pool furniture onto the grass and do not hang ANY items over balconies. ________

There are no pets allowed as guests of Casa Del Mar.  Our condo is a non-smoking unit! Smoking is allowed outside the condo only. _______

By signing this agreement guests agree to indemnify and save harmless Roger Cornett and Karen Bassi for any liability, theft, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim or litigation which may arise out of or in connection with the guests named above use and occupancy of La Perla 401 including but not limited to any claim or liability for personal injury or damage or theft of property which is made, incurred or sustained by above named guests. Reservations are honored based on ownership of La Perla 401 by Roger Cornett and Karen Bassi Dilley, Texas 78017

It is VERY IMPORTANT when leaving to PLEASE , PLEASE, PLEASE make sure ALL trash has been removed from condo and placed in outside dumpster, turn Air conditioner OFF and return any items used and CLEAN them first. Thank you so much and enjoy your stay, Roger!!!

Please check in at security gate with your name, date of stay and condo number and proceed directly to the condo. Please check in at hotel front desk to activate telephone and resort charging privileges. Please contact Mike or Casey for ANY condo related issues! THE HOTEL FRONT DESK is for hotel guests only outside of medical emergencies and the initial set up of your condo account for telephone and resort signing privileges.
